Chelsea is reportedly considering the return of Tammy Abraham in the near future. The striker has been performing well at Roma, scoring 36 goals over his last two seasons with the Italian club. Chelsea is said to be open to bringing him back to the club for a fee of around £45 million (€52 million).

Currently, Roma has Romelu Lukaku on loan, who has made a significant impact during his time with the club. If Roma decides to make Lukaku’s move permanent, Chelsea might use this opportunity to their advantage and reacquire Abraham.

Abraham’s return to Chelsea would be a welcomed addition as they seek to strengthen their attacking options, supporting Nicolas Jackson.

Despite his previous limited opportunities at Stamford Bridge, Abraham has demonstrated his abilities in English football during loan spells with other clubs.

At 26 years old, Abraham is entering his prime years as a footballer. Returning to Chelsea, his boyhood club, could be an exciting and career-defining step for him. This potential move would allow him to showcase his talents in the Premier League, further enriching his footballing journey.

Negotiations between Chelsea and Roma will play a crucial role in determining whether this reunion becomes a reality.

As Abraham enters his peak years, there’s optimism that he will deliver his best performances in the seasons to come, potentially with his former club Chelsea.
