The report indicates that Neto is actively being considered for a transfer in the summer, with Manchester City, Arsenal, and Newcastle United also mentioned as potential suitors if there is interest in the Portuguese international.
Neto has made a valuable contribution to Wolves this season, tallying three goals and 10 assists in 18 appearances so far.
