Manchester United are gearing up for what promises to be a highly active January transfer window, with reports revealing that Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS are prepared to provide manager Rúben Amorim with another wave of substantial financial backing.
According to multiple sources close to the club, the Glazer family has sanctioned an additional £300 million for squad strengthening, focusing primarily on enhancing the midfield and attacking departments.
Up to five players are expected to be sold, making room for five new arrivals who have already been shortlisted as part of Amorim’s long-term vision for the team.
After enduring a rocky start to the Premier League campaign, Manchester United have recently shown signs of revival.
