Real Madrid have reportedly considered bringing Casemiro back from Manchester United in the January transfer window, but the Brazilian midfielder has shown no interest in returning to his former club. This claim comes from the Brazilian outlet Trivela.

Meanwhile, Manchester United appear focused on signing Sporting CP forward Viktor Gyokeres, who has excelled under Ruben Amorim. According to the Sunday Mirror, Gyokeres is their top target.

However, El Nacional reports that Gyokeres previously declined moves to both Manchester United and Arsenal, which has drawn attention from Barcelona’s president Joan Laporta. The Catalan club is seeking a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski and has also shown interest in Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.

On another front, The Express suggests that Manchester United are targeting three left-sided defenders: Alphonso Davies of Bayern Munich, Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez, and Benfica’s Alvaro Fernandez, who was formerly part of United’s youth system. Meanwhile, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur are competing to sign Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz, with offers reportedly in place, according to TodoFichajes.

Manchester City is looking to strengthen their midfield by pursuing Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton, as per TEAMtalk. Chelsea, on the other hand, are preparing a massive £125 million bid for Barcelona defenders Jules Kounde and Ronald Araujo, according to Fichajes.

Despite speculation, MARCA reports that Real Madrid is not interested in signing Manchester City’s Ballon d’Or winner Rodri, although the midfielder is said to be open to the move. Arsenal is also monitoring AC Milan’s Tijani Reijnders after his standout performances this season, Fichajes adds.

In the Championship, Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap could see his Chelsea move hindered due to Manchester City’s £20 million buy-back clause, according to The Express.

Meanwhile, Barcelona has joined Liverpool and Tottenham in the race to sign Ajax defender Devyne Resnch, as per Diario AS. Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku is reportedly reconsidering his future at Stamford Bridge due to limited opportunities, with Nicolas Jackson currently favored, claims The Athletic.

Bayern Munich is determined to prevent Joshua Kimmich from leaving on a free transfer next summer, amid interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City, reports TBR Football.

Out-of-favor Barcelona winger Ansu Fati is drawing interest from Saudi clubs Al Hilal and Al Nassr, according to Fichajes.

Aston Villa is exploring a loan deal for Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee, as per Caught Offside. Newcastle United is targeting free agent Sergio Ramos and Benfica’s Tomas Araujo, though the latter’s £84 million release clause remains a sticking point, Football Insider reveals.

Finally, West Ham United is reportedly considering a loan move for Brighton’s Evan Ferguson, who has struggled for consistent playing time, according to Fichajes.
