Pep Guardiola sends WARNING about Manchester United

    ABBy ABApril 21, 2026No Comments3 Mins Read

In a dramatic development that has sparked intense debate across the football world, Pep Guardiola has reportedly warned that Manchester United could become nearly unstoppable next season if they successfully complete the signing of two key players.

The Manchester City manager is said to believe that such additions would significantly elevate United’s competitiveness, potentially disrupting City’s dominance in the Premier League title race.

At the center of this growing speculation is a rising Brazilian talent, Eduardo Conceição, who currently plays for Palmeiras.

Manchester United are reportedly preparing an offer worth around £34 million in an attempt to secure the teenager ahead of strong interest from both Manchester City and FC Barcelona.

The race for his signature is already heating up, with multiple European giants monitoring his situation closely.

Despite being just 16 years old, Conceição is widely regarded as one of the brightest prospects to emerge from Palmeiras’ academy in recent years, following in the footsteps of stars like Endrick and Estevão.

Known for his ability to carry the ball forward, create chances, and operate in advanced attacking roles, he is seen as a versatile midfielder who can also play effectively from the left wing.

Reports indicate that United are serious about the move and are willing to structure a deal with a fixed fee alongside performance-related bonuses.

However, negotiations could be influenced by Palmeiras’ internal decisions, particularly regarding midfielder Allan, whose potential departure might determine whether the club is ready to sanction another outgoing transfer.

Although Conceição has yet to feature for Palmeiras’ senior team, his performances at youth level have already caught global attention.

He recently impressed at the South American Under-17 Championship, where Brazil finished third.

During the tournament, he stood out with two goals and two assists in just four matches, consistently outperforming his peers.

His statistics underline his potential: averaging multiple successful dribbles per game, winning numerous duels, and contributing defensively with ball recoveries.

These qualities highlight not only his attacking flair but also his work rate and tactical awareness—traits that are highly valued in modern football.

For Manchester United, securing a player like Conceição would represent a long-term investment in the club’s future.

He is already being viewed as a possible successor to Bruno Fernandes, given his creative abilities and vision on the pitch. The club is reportedly eager to reach an early agreement to avoid losing out to their direct rivals.

However, due to FIFA regulations, the Brazilian youngster will not be eligible to move to Europe until he turns 18 in December 2027.

This means any potential transfer would likely be finalized for a later date, possibly during the 2028 winter transfer window.
