VERY Heartbreaking News has been announced for Real Madrid Star Mbappe this Morning after win against Atlanta

Kylian Mbappe’s recent injury against Atalanta, while not initially appearing severe, has sparked growing concerns for Real Madrid.

The Spanish giants are already grappling with a mounting injury crisis, and this latest setback adds to the challenges in an already grueling season.

Real Madrid’s campaign has been plagued by fitness issues, with star players like Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal ruled out for the entire season. In addition, other key figures, including Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo, have faced shorter injury spells. This has significantly hampered the team’s ability to field their strongest lineup consistently, impacting their overall performance.

The extent of Real Madrid’s injury problems is staggering. With 27 injuries reported so far this season—more than the number of matches they have played—it’s clear the team is facing an extraordinary challenge.

These injuries range from muscular strains to traumatic setbacks and general discomfort, highlighting the severity of the issue. Their recent run of eight games, which saw 12 injuries, exemplifies the scale of the crisis. While they managed brief relief with victories over Getafe and Athletic Club, the injuries resumed shortly after, cutting short any positive momentum.

Further complicating matters, recent matches have added new names to the injury list. Ferland Mendy suffered a quadriceps muscle injury during the team’s trip to Girona, while Mbappe was forced off against Atalanta with discomfort in his left thigh.

These ongoing problems have created a situation where Real Madrid is dealing with more than one injury per game. By their 23rd match of the season, they had already surpassed that number with 27 reported injuries.

Interestingly, there have been additional setbacks not included in this tally. For example, goalkeeper Andriy Lunin missed international duty in October due to gastroenteritis. Among the first-team squad, only a handful of players—Fran Garcia, Antonio Rudiger, Federico Valverde, Luka Modric, Arda Guler, Endrick, and Lunin—have avoided injuries so far. Even this small group has faced other challenges, leaving coach Carlo Ancelotti with limited options for a consistent lineup.

Despite these obstacles, Real Madrid continues to compete on multiple fronts. They remain in contention for the La Liga title, are advancing in the Champions League, and are eyeing the Intercontinental Cup. If successful, it would mark their second trophy this season—a testament to their resilience in the face of relentless adversity.
