Harry Kane has expressed his desire to depart Bayern Munich and transfer to a Premier League club.

Harry Kane, a prolific scorer for Spurs with a remarkable 280 goals across various competitions since his initial strike in the Europa League back in 2011 until his last goal in the previous season against Leeds, has left the club. Despite Kane’s significant contributions, Spurs’ best achievements during his tenure were being Premier League runners-up in 2017 and Champions League runners-up in 2019.

Now, he’s anticipated to secure his first major trophy of his career with Bayern Munich this season.

Concerns arose about Tottenham’s performance after Kane’s departure, fearing they might struggle without him. However, their new manager, Ange Postecoglou, who achieved success in Scotland with Celtic, swiftly made his mark at Spurs.

In the wake of last season’s upheaval, including Antonio Conte’s departure and the interim dismissal of Cristian Stellini, Postecoglou rejuvenated the team and has propelled them to the top of the Premier League after eight games.

Although there’s a long road ahead, the potential for a Premier League title challenge or a successful FA Cup run without European distractions is not out of reach.

Kane, despite leaving, is not harboring bitterness towards his former club’s resurgence. He has always been a devoted Tottenham fan and wishes them success.

He commended the current manager for his positive influence on the team and emphasized his ongoing support for Spurs. Kane affirmed that there’s no other Premier League team he’d rather see succeed than Tottenham.

While he maintains respect for Bayern Munich, where he currently plays, his sentiment for Spurs remains strong, and he hopes they achieve the best possible outcomes. However, his main focus is performing for Bayern Munich and contributing to their success.
